discount not applying at checkout — rule shows active though
hey guys, set up my first rule yesterday (percentage off for a specific collection) and it shows as active in the dashboard but nothing is happening at checkout. the products are definitely in the collection. am i missing a step? using the starter plan if that matters

maya was right — product was not in the right collection. switched to target the product directly and it worked immediately. thanks everyone!

same thing happened to me with my clothing store. check if the rule is targeting the right collection — mine was pointing to one that had the product excluded from it. easy miss.

also worth checking — is the rule set to all products or a specific collection? if specific, your product needs to actually be in that collection. took me a bit to figure that out.
