rule is active but zero products are getting discounted
i have been going back and forth on this for two days now. rule is active, products match the conditions (checked 3 times), tried it on multiple browsers and even incognito. nothing. is there some kind of cache thing going on? or a delay before rules kick in after you save?

skyler was right — i had a condition on the rule that no products matched. removed the extra condition and targeted by collection instead. working now. thanks!

check your rule conditions carefully. i had this exact issue — my rule had a condition set that was too narrow and nothing in my catalog matched. try temporarily removing all conditions and just testing with the rule set to a single product to confirm the core rule is firing.

also check that the products in scope actually have multiple variants. Snax Variant Discounts applies to variant-level pricing — if a product only has one variant with no price differentiation set up, the rule will not trigger on it.
