We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the most recent monthly charge.

When you can request a refund

Within 30 days of the most recent charge, for any reason. If the app didn't work for your store, didn't fit your use case, or you simply changed your mind — refund available.

How to request

  1. Contact support and include:

    • Your Shopify store URL
    • The plan you were on
    • The approximate date of the charge
    • (Optional but appreciated) why the app didn't work for you
  2. We'll process the refund within 1-2 business days.

  3. The refund appears as a credit on your Shopify bill, generally on the next billing cycle.

What's covered

  • The most recent monthly charge ($4.99 Starter or $12.99 Growth)

What's not covered

  • Charges older than 30 days
  • Multiple historical charges (only the most recent is refundable)
  • Charges already refunded

Cancelling after a refund

You're welcome to cancel your subscription separately to prevent further charges. Refunds and cancellation are independent — getting a refund doesn't auto-cancel.
